It has four rounds. First is written test with both quant and technical. Later we are shortlisted for the group discussion which is case study based an d then we are shortlisted for personal interview rounds. There are two pi and one hr.

It was about technical expertise and academic backgroumd
First, there was a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. She asked some general questions and explained the role. Next, there were two tests, one cognitive and one behavioural, which were quite tricky. Next, there was an interview with the hiring manager. I had the feeling that they had already found someone for the job as I was barely asked any questions.

There were 5 interviews at about an hour-long each. The recruiter screening was via phone, then the remainder were via Zoom.
