VMware interview questions

One of the worst experiences in my life so far. The position was for a leadership role. The interviewer was from technical background with 13-14 years of experience(as per his LinkedIn profile). He did not have the minimum courtesy to introduce himself. His camera was off during the entire process, however I was expected to turn on my camera/video during the interview process. He asked me to tell me about myself, and while I was walking him through about myself and my experience, I was interrupted in the middle of my answer and proceeded with the next question. The interviewer was ignorant and arrogant.

The interview process was conducted efficiently and effectively, with concise and prompt instructions given to the candidates. The feedback provided was clear and comprehensive, enabling the applicants to understand their performance and areas for improvement in a timely manner. The quick and fast nature of the instructions and feedback allowed for a smooth and streamlined hiring process, ensuring that candidates received timely responses and were able to make informed decisions moving forward.
