VMware Member of Technical Staff(MTS) interview questions

2 rounds of interview - leetcode easy + medium . I was ghosted by the recruiter after the process. Wasted my time and energy. Will never interview with VMware again. At least tell the result after the candidate has invested 3-4 hours of interviewing and many hours of preparing

Interviewer was cool, but the fact that they want us to jump right into code without thinking of a logic, or even a review of the logic along with the fact that we get only 1 hour (on zoom) for all the above wasn't helpful. Questions are conveyed orally which isn't good for anyone as there will be some communication gap especially on a remote call. I would say anyone who knows logics available from online interview prepare websites will be able to crack. But frankly I don't see how recruiter will be benefited with this alone. All the best
