I had applied through campus recruiting, I was sent a coding test which was fairly easy followed by an interview at my university. I was then called on-site to their Atlanta office. Wasn't offered a role though. The others called onsite with me did get an offer. It looked like a nice place to work.

Question 1
Given an array filled with just 0s and 1s, rearrange it such that all 0s are in the beginning and then followed by all 1s.
- Interview process is quite vigorous, after the introductory call, technical interview is scheduled.
- Technical interview revolves around extracting candidates understanding regarding the Linux/Networking/Windows/VMware Environment.
- Panel is more interested to find out how the candidate thinks and approach the issue. In easy words, they look for problem solving skills.
- Management Interview if you are successful in the technical one, revolves around understanding candidates psychological and emotional approach towards the business requirement and the people.
- Emotional Intelligence is the key in this role.

Interview
Interviewed with two sales managers. Fairly straightforward and base level with standard behavioral questions and introduction about myself. They also gave a tour of the office and introduced me to some of the sales staff that I might be working with.
