VMware interview questions

I knew someone, so that helped immensely. I didn't get a lot of the normal "where do you see yourself questions". Mainly they described the job, and I asked questions and addressed their areas of concern with my experience. You interview with HR, then the hiring manager then there is at least 1 panel interview with a team of your peers or one level up managers. It takes at least a month to get hired with all the back and forth and approval of your package (despite having a req approved)

first there is a phone interview, afterwards if you pass the interview, you receive a call stating when will the next meeting take place.Then if you pass the interview with the Senior manager and the HR manager you will be offered a contract.
