They contacted me after explaining me they had internet issues, which was out of their hands. I commented them how bad seems to be the rating from glassdoor interviews and their answer shocked me: it is because they hire the best talent for our teams and organizations.
Phone screen followed by a take home assignment and two rounds - one with the ux team and one with the hiring manager going over the take home assignment.
