I had to follow up repeatedly, the entire process of 3 interviews took 1.5 months and still did not get the role. The "talent acquisition" folk seem more like an admin role arranging meetings only.

Interview
I had to upload my CV and cover letter to a job seekers site. I was then asked to join a phone interview with a HR manager. This was a more general type of interview rather than role specific.
After getting through this round I was then asked to do a video interview with the sales manager that was recruiting me for this role.
The interview consisted of 6 rounds, and all the rounds were smoothly conducted. It included bascis of the subjects you include in your resume and a lot of networking questions
