VMware Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was a bit of a stretch with 1 coding test, 2 phone screens, and 4 onsite interviews. The onsite interviews were hard level problems. For the onsite interviews, the interviewers had no idea about which level they were hiring for and whether it was an onsite interview or a phone round. I wasn't happy with this approach and questions seemed far fetched for the level I was applying for.

The first round was a Hirepro test consisting of aptitude, technical MCQ"s and a coding question The first 2 were technical coding rounds and then was the managerial discussion round with lots of questions on my project.
