VMware Sr Program Manager interview questions

recruiter phone screen + technical phone screen + full day interview loop.. about 6 interviewers, plus a HR rep at the end of the day. HR/recruiter was super responsive pre-interview and arranging transport/loop etc... but after interview, despite being told "we'll tell you in the next 2 days", took almost two weeks to hear back. The hotel provided was a dump, I wouldn't house my dog there. Expense reimburstment process would have wasted too many hours for the $200-$300 I would have got back so didn't bother - maybe this is a cost saving ploy?
