VMware Tech Support Specialist interview questions

Horrible experience overall with the interview today- 1.As informed reached by 10 am waited for 2 hrs and when I was about to leave somebody who came for someone else called me for the sake of it and I was asked to write a silly essay which I'm sure no one would have even read a word of it!! 2.All other consultancies where given special preference and there were HRs specifically picking their resume example-Magna,gss, etc.For some reason they we're not even bothered to process our resume. 3.Ganesh who was supposed to contact us was laid back and not even bothered when we called him.trust me ,I have seen better managers and good people!! 4.Time is precious for both the parties.I wasted my entire day because of this amateurish Interview procedure where in I was asked to write an essay in first place. 5.I can easily spot a genuine Interviewer!! Here The Interviewer was least bothered to know more about me or the kind of work I do other than asking entry level questions to someone who has 4 years of experience.the way he was going about the whole thing,I was sure this was just for a name sake .  6 I have already worked in a much bigger organization than this and just by the way they went about the whole process,the culture of company was evident. I'm not blaming you for anything but I'm making myself clear about the whole experience. Please don't call me for any opportunities or any feedback as this is the last time I'm going anywhere driving 20 kms just to face this insult .
