It was quite straightforward I was recommended by current employee. Later I had one screening phone call with HR person. Followed tech talk with some future team member (two parts each 1 hour - screening across various in-deep and overall level questions - quick simple sample project impromptu discussion). Followed in 2 days job offer. Whole process took cca 1 month .

Interview
It was the most emotionally difficult interview of my life. Interviewers seem to do everything so that the candidate does not have the strength to continue the interview and the desire to work in the company. Three people are interviewing. A man without a camera endlessly asks the question "Why?" and "Is that all?", the other two are more often silent. After 15 minutes you feel like **it. A candidate may not know something, but this is not a reason to treat them down. I advise you to go here if you want to test your stress resistance and ability to think under pressure.
