Veeam Software Jr QA Engineer interview questions

Nobody has ever called me, no intro call. A recruiter just sent me a test by email. I submitted my solution, and then they emailed me again, stating that they are not inviting me to an interview, with no explanation provided. So, I requested feedback to understand the potential weak points in my test. Subsequently, a sourcer (not even a recruiter) sent me an entirely generic email with no explanation or feedback whatsoever. I asked them again for specific feedback but never received a response. This approach is ridiculous and lacks respect for candidates. I cannot believe this is happening.

Interview consists of 3 stage. 1. Homework with analytical tasks (easy for me). 2. Online test and interview with the team leader (test is easy and I can to use internet as helper. The interview topics are almost the same as in the test.) 3. Interview with 3 team leaders (For 2 hours endless questions about windows server and as end of interview will be testing of something (pen, notebook, scales))
