Interview is rather standard. You sit with 2 of your potential supervisors. They go over your resume and ask why you would be a good fit with the company. They also explain the many benefits the company offers. After being extended an offer letter, you must pass a detailed physical and drug test.

Interviewer was nice and well informed about the company and had lots of experience with waste management but had poor communication in coordinating in person interviews and ghosted me after the second attempt of arranging an onsite interview.

It was an in-person interview for about 45 mins, introducing yourself and then questions being asked between 3 managers back to back. Nothing too hard or too technical, mostly asking how you would handle different situations.
