Interviewer was nice and well informed about the company and had lots of experience with waste management but had poor communication in coordinating in person interviews and ghosted me after the second attempt of arranging an onsite interview.

It was an in-person interview for about 45 mins, introducing yourself and then questions being asked between 3 managers back to back. Nothing too hard or too technical, mostly asking how you would handle different situations.

The interviewer was very informative and open to questions. Genuine interest in me as a candidate and made me feel less worried as it was one of my first interviews in post-grad.
