Veolia interview questions

This was a very disorganized process. I went through a phone screen with an interviewer thar didn't ask many questions but said that I was "perfect" for the job. I sent a couple of emails, but never heard back. Two months later the position was still open. I reapplied and got a text message to respond ASAP, if interested. I did and did get an interview a week later. Two months later, I reached out and they still and hadn't hired anyone. The ad is still up. This position has to have been open for near 7 months. Also, one of the several interviewers present for the interview was quite argumentative. I could not believe that the interviewer actually said, " We don't need any drama. We just need someone to keep their head down and work"
