Veolia interview questions

I received an email from a recruiter requesting a phone interview. They asked my availability and I gave them many options. Four days go by and nothing. I follow up and I’m scheduled two days later. The interview was average and they made it seem like I was a great fit. I was supposed to have a second interview the following Tuesday and then I was ghosted. There were red flags in the lack of follow through from the start.
