Veolia interview questions

They emailed me to arrange a first stage interview. It was virtual but I had to prepare a task and presentation. My interviewer (hiring manager) was really nice. But the process up until the interview was not good. They sent 2 different tasks so I had to confirm which was correct. They share everything via Google docs so you can only open if you are using gmail. There was no screening interview or previous stage interview so you spend a lot of time and effort on a task for a company you’ve never interacted with. I then heard back weeks later with zero feedback.
