Veolia Process Engineer interview questions

Professional conference room with one at a time meetings with team members. Only two members of the team were available for the day. One member was very cordial and pleasant. The second team member was direct and rude. Looking for an exact match to an open position that had been open for 6 months. Zero consideration on similar experience.
