Interview process took 2 weeks. 1st interview with HHRR which went very well. 2nd interview with direct manager at the Dublin office (super far away from the city center). 3 more interviews with directors and people in cross functional teams. The overall rating is bad, after 5 interviews, I received no feedback of why they wanted to go for a different candidate, which they havent because they keep renovating the job posting. No consistency on the company's strategy or the development plan of the role. Overall, lack of professionalism, inconsistency and no feedback whatsoever. Dont loose your time with this company, they dont even know their roadmap.
