It was a very straight forward and simple process with three steps:
1) Phone interview with the recruiter, in which she asked about my background experience, how familiar I was with the company and market.
2) Face-to-face interview/mock presentation with the manager and a Sr Sales Engineer, in which they reviewed my background experience, followed by the mock presentation on a case scenarios.
3) Phone interview with the director, in which he asked me about my background on which kind of market and customers I was familiar with, key projects and clientes, and the reasons I would consider the company.
