Waitrose Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Simple interview process. You have to go through a customer service questionnaire before the interview. They ask simple questions and give you time to think of an answer. This was online interview through Microsoft Teams. The interview doesn't last too long. There is usually one person interviewing you but maybe 2 depending on your role.

Relatively straight forward, applied online and they followed up with both a telephone and in person interview. The questions were straightforward and I accepted the offer. Overall positive experience and would encourage others to apply.
