Pretty easy, just asked about experience and strengths. Then did a group exercise where we had to prioritise tasks. Then we had to talk about why we chose certain things and what impact it had on sales

Very basic. Explain your CV Introduce yourself Talk about your experience Tell the interviewer what your expectations are for the role. Advise what you enjoy doing, what you expect to see in a supermarket, and how to handle customers. Can you work in a team? Can you work on your own initiative?

Tell me about yourself? Have you worked in retail alot? Are you physically fit? Are you registered Disabled? Is there any holidays you have? Tell me a time when you had a difficult situation, how did you manage it and what was its outcome? What is your level of education, did you take maths at school? Do you have any customer service experience? Can you explain a time when you had to push a sale, what did you do and what was the outcome? What is your passion in life? What do you enjoy about working in a supermarket?
The recruitment process comprised of one online task, one round of in-person group tasks (based on real life scenarios) and then a one to one interview. The online task, in-person group tasks and one to one questions were straightforward.
Short initial interview with typical questions asked during any other behavioural interview. Might have been an initial online screening asking about how you are in the workplace and your personality.
Hiring manager was very friendly and patient.
