Tour of shop. Then 1 on 1 interview. They list the potential questions on their website, so you can actually prepare for each of them. IE, they have like 15 potential questions, and only ask maybe 8 of them. Something like that anyway. There was a bit of general chit chat first, 'tell me about yourself' type stuff.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
