Virtual, phone screening, as if I was speaking with an agent in a call center. Not what I expected, not very personal. I was not called back for further interviews.

I had an initial phone screen that was conducted over the phone. The organizer was pleasant to speak with and the call lasted for about 15 minutes. They asked the usual questions that you would hear in most phone screens.

Interview
The process was your traditional face-to-face interviews (pre-pandemic). There were multiple rounds with various leaders within the organization. The dress was business-casual; however I recommend dressing business formal. Questions were also traditional, but mostly conversational. The biggest challenge was getting badged in through security.
