I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Iowa City, IA) in Sep 2015
Interview
First round interview is purely behavioral. The recruiters I talked with were very easy going and conversational. Basically, they ask you a series of questions and then leave time at the end for you to ask them whatever questions you may have. As with most companies, they're looking for you to format your answer in a way that provides them with the context of the situation, the action(s) that you took and the impact you made. They hold their second round interviews at their HQ in Deerfield.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you improved an existing process or program?
Very easy and straightforward. The questions move in a fluid manner. While mostly behavioral, there are a select number of technical questions. Big on unfamiliarity. It was performed as a panel all asking different questions.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you took charge in an uncomfortable setting?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Chicago, IL) in May 2025
Interview
Why Walgreens?
What experience do you have presenting findings to a professor/client?
Overall, pretty chill, just a few curve balls that I wasn't expecting. There were two people on the call
There was only one interview, but I had to wait like 5 weeks to hear from them. The store manager was super nice but didn't know about the appointment that DM had made with me.
