The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens in Sep 2011
Interview
When interviewed company was in positive growth even with bad economy, but with discontinuing the contract to ESI, while I think was the right decision, cuts have gone into effect that will all but get rid of the trained work force there, which has a negative effect on morale. Was a very relaxed in store office. Be honest and have an example of your skills and where the experience comes from.

None existent, I was a previous employee in another state and was applying here.

Applied online. Took an assessment test as part of the online process. Then went into the store to finish the test.
They called me in a couple of days later, interviewed me and offered me a job. Not the job I had applied for, but was told I would move up very quickly. That has not happened so far.
Basic what would you do questions. They don't care about answers, just answer every part of queation. Usually a 3 part question. They just want to see if you follow directions by answering all parts

Question 1
There were really no difficult questions. As I stated just make sure to answer all parts. Name a time when, what did you do, what was the outcome. Other than that you must be available nights weekends and holidays. You will work all of these and every holiday.
