From what I remember the year I applied for the internship there was like 50 applicants for 6 spots and the reason that is relavant is because the year before they had more spots than applicants. Basically you can easily land any job while going to college, just use the career canter. Obviously dress in a suit and make sure to keep that smile on your face through that whole thing because thats one huge thing they look at.

Why should they choose me over the other canidates
Very easy and straightforward. The questions move in a fluid manner. While mostly behavioral, there are a select number of technical questions. Big on unfamiliarity. It was performed as a panel all asking different questions.

Describe a situation where you took charge in an uncomfortable setting?
There was only one interview, but I had to wait like 5 weeks to hear from them. The store manager was super nice but didn't know about the appointment that DM had made with me.
