I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walgreens (Minneapolis, MN) in Jun 2013
Interview
Interview was done from within as I was already an employee. Was pretty much a guaranteed position at that point as I was the only employee eligible at our store, and hiring from outside the company is much more time consuming when it comes to learning processes. I had to completely a skills assessment and an internal review by the store manager.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walgreens (West Palm Beach, FL) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
