Question 1
Name a time when you had to go against policy and why.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walgreens in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online and after about a week I received a link to do a recorded interview. About a week later I received an email with 2 different available interview times available. I was asked to select an interview time and once I did they would send back a confirmation including the link for the video interview. I sent back my response with the time that best worked for me and I didn't get a confirmation until a short time before my selected interview time. My video interview turned into a phone interview due to technical challenges on their end. The interview was pretty straight forward typical behavioral interview. I was told that they would be making a decision and I would be notified by the end of the week regarding next steps. Unfortunately, I did not hear anything for over 3 weeks after the person I interviewed with went on and on about honoring their word and I would absolutely hear back by the end of the week. Overall, the process was pretty standard..no big surprises.
