Very straight forward, all behavioral/situational questions. I've worked with the company for 9 years already and interviewing for a pharmacist position was mostly a formality at that point. The offer is confusing, as there is no expiration on it. It will expire when all available positions are filled, kind of forcing to you commit before you hear back from other prospective employers.

Apply online, got an email within a week. Interviewed with district managers. Interview was fairly relaxed and I felt comfortable. Questions were all behavioral questions and were basically the ones shown on this website. Got a job offer 3 hours later.

I applied online and was called for an in-store interview. the interview was with the store manager. The interview itself was relaxed and non-stressful. The manager was very friendly and straightforward. Most questions were behavioral based and tell us about yourself and your history.

Phone call to find out if you are still interested, then email asking to pick a time slot of when you would be available. From there, it was an in person interview with multiple people at one of their offices.
