I applied originally at a different store but then another called me about doing an interview. She asked me about myself, about my past experience, and then some problem solving questions. Pretty easy overall.

How would you react to a customer yelling in the store?
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.

The interview process is very easy. In the end assistant manager position is a glorified stocker with extra tasks and duties. Questions asked are situational and behavioral scenarios. Interviews are conducted by store managers
