I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walgreens (Papillion, NE) in Aug 2011
Interview
They called me back and did a short phone interview before they told me to come in to fill out a questionnaire that was multiple choice and took almost an hour to fill out. I definitely did not get the job because of the way I answered and I guess that is supposed to be a definitive guide on who a person is, which in my opinion is very unrelible
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no difficult questions at all. You just have to know how to answer them the way they want you to according their scale I guess.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
The interview process was straightforward and efficient, with easy, clear questions that required minimal extra preparation. I also appreciated how promptly the interview was scheduled and conducted, which made the overall experience smooth and respectful of my time.
