Tell me a time when you had several projects to complete. How did you accomplish them, and how was the outcome?
The interview was definately more analytical than most store manager opportunities, and was really focusing on marketplace trends and not at all on overall good fit for company culture or teams
The DM was nice and professional. Was transparent in his questions and wanted feedback from me. Up front with the condition of the store he was thinking of putting me in and asked if I was up for the challenge.
