For big graduate employers, it's not unusual that for their internship programme, they will do two interviews, the first a HR interview, then followed by a more technical interview with a line manage

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. ... What can you tell me about the Walgreens company? ... Have you worked in a retail position before? ... How do you think your previous work experience would translate into this position? ... Why did you decide to apply for this position?
Encompasses situational scenarios. It tested a candidates ability to act in variety of different situations related to retail pharmacy. The interview does not require much technical specific knowledge, but is meant to assess a candidates ability to work in a high paced retail environment.
Informal and comfortable. I felt relaxed and was able to be myself. Some interviews are extremely nerve-wracking, but I was able to ask all my questions and felt at ease. It made me feel like it would be a good place to work.
