Take a test online and then go in store for a 30 minute interview. The interview as pretty laid back. One of the store managers interviewed me and asked questions about customer service.

I applied online, got a call a few days later, then had a short phone interview. After that, I went in for a quick in-person interview focused on customer service.

The interview is a typical interview to see if you're qualified for the position and a good match for the company. There was plenty of information that was given about the expectations of the employee/employer relationship and what the company stands for.

Interview
The hiring process was great. Walgreens helped me out enormously, I was trying to get a job out of state, and because I had worked for them before they let me do a phone interview. Not only that, but after the interview the guy told me that the manager had already hired me beforehand. Walgreens is great in the aspect that they will really give you a hand and help you out and give you a hand.
