Alot of scenario based question where you give an example of when something happened that corresponds with the question. Scored on a scale of 1-5 where 5 is best meets guidelines and 1 least. Be very specific.

Give an example when you encountered a fellow employee who did not do their share of the work, how did you handle the situation?
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
