Interviewed with store manager. They asked my experience in the retail industry and what I did to promote the company. What were my visions for success for me and for the company

My first interview was easy, was very short. Asked a couple questions. had me hired that day. I was applying to be a clerk. I then applied for the EXA position. This was and internal hire position. I had two interviews and a math test for my position. You had to know many operational facts about your current store. and show why you are better than the rest. Took me two years to get this position. I have seen people go for and never get the position that had been there for 10 years.
