Walgreens Shift Leader interview questions

The employer reviewed my resume and went over the position of a shift lead. They asked about my retail experience and experience managing a staff. At the end we did a walk through of the store.

Pretty simple. They ask about hours, experience and if you held a manager position before. They will also ask why you want to work here, why you are the best candidate. But being a shift lead is hard. You manage the front but also help with the planograms between people on top of help with unloading the truck.
