I applied online. I interviewed at Walmart (Miami, FL) in Mar 2013
Interview
I applied online a month ago, i got a called last week to schedule an interview for today. When i got there i waited like 20 minutes while they were interviewing another candidate. A general manager and the marketing director conducted the interview that lasted like 30 mins with basic questions about my education and work experience. The lady explained to me what the position was about and that it gets a bit stressful at times. At the end she told me that they had more interviews to conduct and that i would hear from them soon if i was chosen. The interview went pretty well in my opinion and they seemed pretty nice. The only thing i didnt like is that the offices are in the back where there is no windows and stuff.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart in Aug 2010
Interview
I applied at work. I was called for a panel interveiw. They gave me objective questions to review prior to the first meeting. I over studied for the questions. It was for an hourly position and I was moving 1500 miles away. They really wanted someone with the company's knowlege. That is the main reason that I was hired.

Interview
There was a phone interview to be followed by an in person interview. I was caught off guard because the phone interview was a STAR interview. I had to name a situation, task, action and response for a few scenarios. The process was phone interview, in person/panel interview then the offer, followed by a drug test.
