Walmart Assistant Manager and Manager interview questions

Awkward. I interviewed with two store managers and one was on his phone the whole time.. I tried to speak to both of them while answering the questions but kept getting distracted from the store manager on his phone..

Had a one on one meet and greet with store manager after applying online. The was recommended to come back and do a panel interview with her and another storemanager and the market manager. Was asked 5 questions and they ranked my answers on a 1 to 5 scale. The interview was short, only about 15mins. Was told a decision will be made in a week. A week later I received a job offer.
