I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Apr 2014
Interview
My hiring process was very unique. I was asked to come in for an interview by a local store manager. The first two rounds were with the store manager then the market human resources manager. The third round of interviews was with the Regional Talent and Acquisition team. They would have preferred the interview to be in person but I was busy with school work and did it over the phone instead. I got a job offer a week later and was told I needed to pass a drug test and a background check to confirm my status of employment.

Question 1
They were very bare bones and wanted answers that showed I got results and if I was capable to get what they needed despite my age. They had no qualms about as king direct questions of me.
