The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Jun 2009
Interview
During the interview process, I was already working with the company and they hire more within. Interveiw questions are like paragraphs at one time with two to three questions asked at one time. Be prepared to talk for about thirty minutes or so..that is how long a good interview should take and the person interviewing decides within the first or second questions if you are right for the position.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Walmart (Wichita Falls, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
The hiring process seems long and tedius but is totally worth the toil. It takes time to create a new employee, I have found that if a job takes a while to integrate into during the interview process its a good choice for me.
