Walmart Cap II Associate interview questions

They did not even interview me, they just called and said they had seen me apply and wanted me to begin onboarding as soon as possible. I'm certain if you give them a call and let them know you have applied, they will be quick to try and get you on immediately.

The process was smooth and easy. Interview started with asking the availability followed by very basic questions of strength, weakness and past experience. To be specific questions were : 1- What is your strength 2- What is your weakness? 3- Relevant experience if any ?
