I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Scottsburg, IN) in Jan 2025
Interview
First thing for you to do is to apply to them online. Once they have that application, call them or go in person to ask about it. People tend to never hear back if they don't follow up with Walmart. They'll give you an "interview" which means they'll just introduce you to the place and explain what your job will be and not ask you many questions.
They have night shift stocking as well if you want it that pays $16.50 instead of the base $15.
The pay raise isn't worth it for me. I would need it to be $20 to work night shift, and even then, USPS pays $20 for entry level.
They asked me if I know how to push carts, and I said yes, most people are able to as long as they are in shape. They also asked me if I am willing to work weekends.

Question 1
They asked me if I know how to push carts, and I said yes, most people are able to as long as they are in shape. They also asked me if I am willing to work weekends. I said that I could do it, but don't want to.
I received a phone interview, they were very nice and seemed to really take interest in me. Went through some basic questions, and told me all about the job in which I would be working.
