Good experience, terrible management. No mental health support, no rewards for hard work, and limited opportunities for growth. It's decent as a starter job, but long-term potential is not there
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Walmart (Calgary, AB) in Sep 2024
Interview
The questions were focused on previous experiences, customer service skills, handling difficult situations, and how well you work in a team. They may also ask behavioral questions. The entire process can take from a few days to few weeks.
The interview process was just as any other, I walked in and greet the interviewer, and we sit down to talk about the available positions, and whether or not I am well suited for them.
