Walmart Customer Service Specialist interview questions

Group interview where we were asked to roleplay various scenarios. We also interviewed individually with managers where they asked us specific questions related to customer service. The HR manager then called me a few days later with news on the job.

I was asked basic behavioural questions. I was given pieces of paper with several possible problems and my task was to arrange them by priority. Problems were related to different situations that might arise when working in this job.
