Walmart Department Manager interview questions

I had already been working for the company for years. I took the assessment test, passed and someone from another store called to interview me about the position. I had put in a transfer to other stores in the area and someone I previously worked with called to offer me the job. So I really didn't have to go through a real interview process. It did take about a month for me to transfer but that was my store's fault.

When did you demonstrate great customer service, explain a time you had to multi task, job availability, tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your plans with the company?
