I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Walmart (Salinas, CA) in Jul 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty streamlined. I applied on the website, and got an email about scheduling a "Virtual Meet and Greet", basically a simple phone interview.
The interview itself was very simple; the interviewer initially wanted to interview me for a stocking position, but I asked if there were other positions that were available. She told me that she had some positions open for the electronics, so I told her that I was interested in that instead.
Afterwards, I was offered the job on the spot and got an email with paperwork and a background check.
In summary, I am pretty happy for how this interview played out.
