I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Fairfield, IL) in Nov 2010
Interview
3 interview process, initial intervew, then a panel interview. after that is a job offer interview. Filling out the online application and passing the assessment is the most difficult part of the hiring process in my opinion. after job offer is made then its off for a drug screen and wait for orientation day.

Question 1
The toughest questions for me were the what did you do in this type of situation, because if it's been a very long time since you've dealt with the situation in question sometimes it takes a bit of time to recall the information to give an adequate answer.
