Overall impression
Fast, informal, laser-focused on customer warmth and schedule flexibility. If you smile, know basic store policies, and can work evenings/weekends, you’ll likely clear it.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
“How would you calm and assist a customer who looks frustrated because they can’t find an item?”
Short interview that I didn't feel gave me a chance to sell myself. Wish they could have spent more time asking me about my past experience and less time talking about Walmart.
Asked typical interview questions and about my background working in retail. I was also asked about my capabilities dealing with problems. This was not a difficult interview in my own opinion.
